Peter has been with the firm for 43 years. He specializes in all phases of land surveying and planning.
Plan of Survey
Joseph Mester, P.E. & P.L.S.; Vice President of Engineering
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor and Planner. He specializes in all phases of Engineering Design and Planning including the new Phase II Storm Water Regulations and Flood Plain Regulations implemented by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
The above named supervisors, together with the other individuals such as CAD operators, inspectors, Survey Technicians and field survey personnel, work together to prepare estimates, plans and reports for a variety of projects as requested.
